On Saturday, April 4th, five members crossed the border to visit the roasting facility of Cafe Justo, a cooperative of coffee growers in Chiapas, Mexico.Our host, Jorge, fired up the roaster and showed us how it works.
Then we all bought some really FRESHLY roasted coffee!
